Lodgement Notes
Purpose:
Partial Surrender of Lease may be lodged to release the personal liability of a lessee, the rights and liberties when an easement is to be created or to surrender portion of the land in a CT or CL from the lease.
Any mortgagee or encumbrancee of the lease (and any mortgagee or encumbrancee of the land) must consent.
