Lodgement Notes
Purpose:
Re-Entry of Lease is lodged by the Lessor for the purpose of terminating a Lease where the Lessee has breached a covenant in the Lease. Lessees copy of lease should be lodged if procurable.
The document, in part, takes the form of a Statutory Declaration and should be signed in the presence of an Authorised Functionary (in South Australia, a Justice of the Peace, a Proclaimed Member of the Police Force, a Proclaimed Manager, a Commissioner for Taking Affidavits in the Supreme Court of South Australia or a Notary Public).
