Lodgement Notes
Purpose:
The caveatee may apply to the Registrar-General to remove the caveat. The caveat will be removed if there has been no sealed original Order of Court to extend the time of removal produced to the Registrar General within 21 days of the posting of a notice to the caveator. As opposed to a caveat, the Removal document must be executed by the Registered Proprietor, not their agent.
